Download a Return Authorization (R/A) Form under the category "Forms" within 30 days for returns/ exchanges . No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an R/A Form.Garments can be exchanged for a different size in new condition only, in the original package with the tags on them. Customer must pay all shipping charges to and from Cousin’s on exchanges.Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request.There is a 20% Restocking Fee for canceled orders. Restocking fees DO NOT apply to exchanges or to sample garments on review. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from invoice. Custom orders are especially cut for the customer, and, therefore, are not returnable. Custom-made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. Customers must claim shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt to receive full credit. Garments and shoes that are more or altered cannot be exchanged.
