Shipping HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT OUR ORDER? Cousin’s Concert Attire keeps a very large inventory in stock and most of our items are shipped within 5 days from the time the order is placed with the proper size measurements and payment arrangements. Extra larger sizes can take longer and the same applies to custom-made dresses. Please look through our catalog and web site for items with our Fast Ship icon. Our merchandise is shipped out of our Warehouse in Northern New Jersey and shipped via UPS.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I ALLOW FOR SHIPPING? Shipping is 8% of the order of $300 or more- Minimums will apply-Surcharge for any special delivery. Shipping rates breakdown $0.00 – $49.99 $13.00 $50.00 – $99.99 $15.00 $100.00 – $199.99 $18.00 $200.00 – $299.99 $24.00 $300.00 and Up 8% of Order UPS Overnight Shipping 25% of order or $45 minimum. UPS 2nd day Shipping 15% of order or $25 minimum. UPS 3rd day Shipping 10% of order or $20 minimum. Express shipping rates may be subject to change at any time.
Please add $4.00 when shipping to a residence. Please contact us for more exact information at the time of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY CONCERNING SAMPLES? We encourage our customers to request sample garments from our catalog or web site. Any sample order must be secured with either a school purchase order or a valid credit card in our file. Samples are to be returned within 15 days or the credit card on file will automatically be charged. Please contact us if you feel you need more than the allotted time. All samples will be sent via UPS ground at no charge to you. The only charge to you will be the return shipping. Cousin's has the right to limit the number of samples at any time.
WILL YOU SEND OUT SAMPLE SIZING LINES? Yes, we encourage our groups to take advantage of “Try-On” garments prior to placing any bulk order. “Try-On” garments ensure the best fit and will limit the amount of sizing issues you will encounter. Any of the items you decide to keep will be put toward your order. Whatever is not needed, we will accept back for credit.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER? Cousin’s will accept payment by school purchase order, credit card, money order or check.
HOW CAN I CONTACT SOMEONE CONCERNING A QUESTION? We can be reached Monday through Friday toll free at 1-800-881-5343. If our phone lines are tied up, leave a voicemail and we will call you back by the end of the business day. Questions can also be emailed to sales@concertattire.com. Emails will be responded to immediately during normal business hours and on weekends as well.
ARE THERE MINIMUMS TO PLACE AN ORDER? Dresses, ensemble and package prices have a minimum initial order of 6 units. No single orders will be accepted by anyone other than the school’s music director or booster assistant. Please add $10.00 for smaller orders of less than 6 or less than $200.00 on your initial order. Custom made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. We encourage orders to be sent in by the director to save both time and money.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET THE SAME COLOR FABRIC FROM YEAR TO YEAR? Please keep in mind that dye lot shades may vary slightly from year to year.
DO GARMENTS COME WITH ALTERATIONS OR HEMS? All garments are factory finished, but are not hemmed.
HOW DO I TAKE MEASUREMENTS? Please contact us with any questions concerning how to take measurements and what measurements we require. Please download a measurement form from our website. The measurement forms are also located in our catalog. For the women, we will need measurements for height, bust, waist and hips. For men it is extremely important to get height and weight. Additional measurements would be chest, neck, and a waist size,
FOR HOW LONG DO YOUR DRESSES STAY IN STOCK? The majority of our dresses stay in stock for at minimum of 5 to 10 years. Cousin’s directly manufactures all of our dresses. We own the patterns and therefore can make any dress in the future. Please contact us with any of your further questions or concerns.
WHAT DISCOUNTS AND SPECIALS DO YOU OFFER? Throughout the year Cousin’s offers many promotions and discounts. All specials and discounts will be posted on our web site. Cousin’s always offers a 2% discount for orders that are prepaid with a check, money order or cashiers check. The 2% discount applies to group orders of $300 or more, when payment is received in full. This offer is not to be combined with any other offer. Payment by credit card is not entitled to a 2% discount.
Return & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY CONCERNING RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND SHORTAGES? No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a completed copy of our Return/Exchange form which can be downloaded on our website www.concertattire.com, or enclosed with your order. Garments can be exchanged for a different size in new condition only, in the original package with the tags on. Customer must pay all shipping charges to and from Cousin's on exchanges. There is a 20% restocking charge for returns without an exchange. For orders that are cancelled there is a 25% restocking fee. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from invoice. The restocking fee does not apply to sample garments on review. Customers must claim shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt to receive full credit. Garments and Shoes that are worn or altered cannot be exchanged. Custom-made orders are not refundable.
