RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND SHORTAGES

Please call 800-881-5343 for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization form which can be downloaded online at www.concertattire.com. Garments can be exchanged for a different size in new condition only, in the original package with the tags on them. Customer must pay all shipping charges to and from Cousin's on exchanges. There is a 25 % restocking charge for canceled orders, and a 20% restocking fee for returns. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 days from invoice. The restocking fee does not apply to sample garments on review. Custom orders are especially cut for the customer, and therefore are not returnable. Custom made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. Customers must claim shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt to receive full credit. Garments and shoes that are worn or altered cannot be exchanged.
