SAMPLES
Sample garments are encouraged and will be sent to you regular ground UPS at no charge. The only charge to you will be return shipping. Samples are available when guaranteed with a credit card, check, money order or a signed purchase order. Customer has 15 days to return sample garments. Please call us if you need an extension. Cousin's would be happy to send a sample run of sizes for your group to try on. Sample dress size runs are available in black only. Sample garments are encouraged, however, Cousin's has the right to limit the number of samples at any time.
DISCOUNTS
Orders that are prepaid with a check, money order or cashier check are eligible for a 2% discount. 2% discount applies to group orders of $100 or more, when payment is received in full. This offer is not to be combined with any other offer. Payment by credit card is not entitled to a 2% discount. The 2% discount is taken after the subtotal is computed. Shipping is then added after the 2% discount. Early orders placed between August 1st and September 22nd, 2006 of $300 or more are entitled to free shipping. Orders must be fully paid for with check, money order or a signed purchase order. Please fax in coupon on page 49, or mention the coupon at the time of order. You may specify when you would like delivery. Free shipping is based on regular ground UPS. There will be an extra charge for UPS special delivery services. See page 49 for shipping rates.
GENERAL
All garments come without a hem unless specified, and our prices do not include alterations. Please keep in mind that dye lots may vary from one cutting to another. Products shown in this catalog may vary from actual color. Best to call for a swatch color card. Cousin's will not be responsible for size changes and wrong measurements once an order has been placed. Best to call us about what measurements to take ahead of time. Customer will have to pay all shipping expenses for exchanges.
SHIPPING
Shipping is 5% of the order- Minimums will apply-Surcharge for any special delivery. See page 49 Order Form for shipping rates.
EMBROIDERY AND SILK SCREENING Embroidery and silk screening usually take up to 3 weeks from the time the art work is submitted and approved. Call for prices and set up charges. Silk screened and embroidered items are not returnable.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND SHORTAGES
Please call 800-881-5343 for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days. Garments can be exchanged for a different size in new condition only, in the original package with the tags on them. Customer must pay all shipping charges to and from Cousin's on exchanges. There is a 20% restocking charge for canceled orders and returns. No exchanges to be accepted after 60 days from invoice. The restocking fee does not apply to sample garments on review. Custom orders are specially cut for the customer, and therefore are not returnable. Customers must claim shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt to receive full credit. Garments and shoes that are worn or altered cannot be exchanged.
PAYMENTS
All orders must include a signed purchase order, credit card, check or money order to process. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a late fee of 2% per month or 24% a year. Cousin's has the right to suspend shipping to past due accounts.
MINIMUMS AND SURCHARGES
Dresses, ensemble and package prices have a minimum initial order of 6 units. Please add 15% for orders of less than 6 on your initial order. Individuals calling in their orders are subject to a 15% surcharge to process their order. We encourage music directors to email, fax, or call in orders of 6 or more to save time. Custom made orders require a minimum of 12 units to process. Best to call for more details. See measuring charts on pages 46, 47 for surcharge prices on all larger size garments. Please call for prices on very special size cuttings and for custom patterns and fabrics.
DELIVERY
Shipping of in stock merchandise can take up to 3 weeks, but in most cases items are shipped immediately. Most dresses are delivered between 2 and 6 weeks from the time the order is placed. Custom orders can take up to 8 weeks. Please call for an exact delivery period.

ADJUSTABLE VS NON-ADJUSTABLE TROUSERS
After many years in the formal business, we pride ourselves on getting the best fit for your group. That is why we very highly recommend adjustable tuxedo trousers when given the choice. All of our ensembles and packages come and are priced with adjustable trousers. There is a savings of $3.00 if you want to substitute the adjustable for the non-adjustable trouser, or a dress trouser.
